Our lead planner has more than 20 years of experience in wedding and event planning, having handled guest lists of up to 1,500 and budgets ranging from $5,000 to $250,000. No matter the size, and no matter the budget, dreams are realized every time. Our energetic, organized and professional assistants have one job: to focus on you and your event. You’ll find that we take the time to get to know you, and that we are singularly committed to designing a ceremony and style that will complement your unique story, on your budget. The People of Moment to Moment Events

Nikolette Adams- Owner, Lead Planner/Designer


Nikolette worked in the corporate arena beginning in 1986, during which time she planned and executed hundreds of events, including large corporate meetings, local and national seminars, branch opening parties, summer management parties and galas. In 1989, Nikolette was the lead planner for an unlimited-budget corporate gala, attended by more than 1,000 people at the Waldorf=Astoria; in the late 90’s, Nikki also planned and executed two holiday parties for the owners of a private estate with budgets exceeding $250,000.

In addition to her corporate planning experience, Nikolettte planned and executed weddings for several friends, and gained further organizational and design experience in a 25 year theatrical career.

Nikolette chose to open Moment to Moment Events because she thrives on organization, planning and design. She looks forward to each event as though it is her own, and accepts nothing less than perfection from herself and her staff.

Kelsey Pollard- Associate Planner, Associate Designer

Kelsey earned an Associate’s degree in Communications from Cumberland County College in 2008 and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Rowan University in 2010. While in college, Kelsey completed three internships in the fields of public relations, sales and marketing, and journalism.

In the spring of 2010, while working on a public relations plan for a client, Kelsey gravitated toward the event portion of the plan. She realized that with her organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative ideas, she would be a perfect fit for a career in the event industry.

Moment to Moment Events has given Kelsey the opportunity to learn about the industry and create relationships with vendors and clients. She thrives on the unexpected challenges that events bring and faces every challenge head on.

Kelsey is realistic with her expectations, and knows that success does not happen overnight. With that said, she’s already taking on small events and assisting at larger ones, and she hopes to one day call herself a professional event planner/designer, perhaps as a full partner at Moment to Moment Events.

Dana Marie Hough- Associate Planner, Associate Designer

DanaMarie graduated from Susquehanna University in 1999 with a double major in English and Business and minors in Theater and Women’s Studies. Shortly thereafter, she discovered her passion for event planning while organizing a holiday party for her fellow employees of Medical World Communications. DanaMarie immediately began to seek out opportunities to plan weddings, openings, launch events, baptisms and other significant parties for friends and family. Along the way, she has designed and coordinated over 60 celebrations, including employee appreciation events for such companies as Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Comcast NE&TO.

After a decade of planning in her ‘spare time’, DanaMarie joined Moment to Moment Events at the urging of Owner and Lead Planner, Nikolette Adams. Although most of her events have been large in scale, DanaMarie is particularly passionate about fashioning intimate parties with a strong sense of style – unforgettable celebrations that guests feel privileged to attend.

Planner Assistants

In addition to our two principals, we also have several Planner Assistants, who are capable of handling an event from start to finish.

Because Moment to Moment Events has trained backups available and is constantly on the lookout for new talent to add to our base of assistants, we are capable of covering multiple events at the same time, and of course, are able to cover any unforeseen emergencies that may arise. We are committed to bringing you the highest quality staff, and making sure you are guests at your event!!
