At Moment to Moment Events, we believe that ALL brides deserve the option of hiring a planner, no matter what the budget. We’ve worked with budgets ranging from $7,500 to $250,000, and no matter which end of the spectrum, all of our clients receive the same level of professional service. For many of our competitors, smaller budgets mean smaller packages.  Not at Moment to Moment Events – we provide ALL of our services for ALL budgets.

•   All of our quotes and packages are custom-tailored for your specific service needs.

•   We never charge against package hours for emails, phone calls or meetings at our location.

•   Our time for you starts when we start working for you, not when we leave our location to come to yours. In addition, there is never a travel charge within a  90 minute radius, with the exception of out of pocket costs, such as tolls.

•   We specialize in turning “raw” spaces into breathtaking venues.

•    Our roster of trusted First Line vendors work with us for clients with smaller budgets. Our much-sought-after floral affiliate provides a minimum of a 10% discount for our clients in common and many of our vendors provide discounts exclusively for our clients.

•   Others say it – we really do it: We destress your planning process by doing the time-consuming work for you, things like researching the best cost for your wedding
accessories, finding vendors that mesh with your vision and your personality, handling difficult family or bridal party members when necessary,  consulting with you
for all of your printedmaterials …you name it, if it causes you stress, we’ll handle it!

•    We never, ever try to substitute our vision for yours. While we specialize in design, we work with you to create what you want for your wedding day; you are the
“boss” and what you want is what you get.

•   Moment to Moment Events maintains a catalog of items loaned to our clients at no cost. From a variety of vases, to votive holders, to bling for your wrist or your
bouquet, you get it for free and save the mark- up many vendors charge.

•   We provide many print services with an eye toward saving you money. From invitations to menu cards to programs – our printing costs and design time cost is
extremely affordable.

•   And, finally, on the day of your event, we have ONE goal: that you and your loved ones will be guests!We take care of everything – you take care of being beautiful and enjoying your day!
